Winter Whereabouts

Winter has been whizzing by, filled with basketball, birthday parties, music lessons and missing teeth. Morgan started his basketball season as #15 at the YMCA with many of his classmates. He's gotten better at dribbling, blocking and playing man-to-man. He even made a basket at the first game!

He also has taken to his new piano teacher, who has excited him about piano. Morgan even had an impromptu performance playing piano AND singing on stage for some parents. See it here. I was truly impressed with his ability to get out there in front of others.

Dean also lost his first tooth! Whereas Morgan would wiggle and twist his loose teeth until they fell out, Dean waited for it to just fall out on it's own, and almost choked on it while eating some cereal : )

At school, Dean was star of the week while Morgan completed his first ever Science Fair project about making craters. It took a lot of guidance from mom, but he got it done!

January also seemed to be the month of birthday parties where celebrated with friends at playgrounds, trampolines, and with face painting.
